If a Customer is not satisfied with their purchase from Staronestore.com or any Platform Seller, the Customer may return such for a refund of the purchase price of any applicable taxes to the Customer’s original form of payment so long as the Customer notifies Staronestore.com within fourteen (14) days of receipt . All must be returned in its original condition; shrink-wrapped Merchandise must be unopened. . The packing slip in each Customer shipment has specific instructions for returns, but is not a prepaid shipping label. Customers will be required to arrange for and cover the costs of shipping returned.

Staronestore.com may from time to time provide certain promotional opportunities, sweepstakes, and contests to Users, particularly Customers. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to Info@staronestore.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
